Jenyuh, in the advent of the 1980s, was the official agency for Nishimura Graphite and has been selling and producing Nishimura graphite’s products. In the early years, we were authorized by Nishimura graphite to establish factories and mass produce coating products in Taiwan, thus contributing tremendously to the quality and scale of Taiwan's coating industry. Now, we boast a good reputation and a competitive market share.

To maximize quality and boost the quantity of production, in 2013 we built a computer-automated production system which combined the advantages of Japanese craftsmanship and advanced computer control system in Taiwan. With a sales output of 600 tons per month, Jenyuh has become the most important oversea manufacturing base of Nishimura Graphite CO.

Company History
1960
"JENYUH" was established by the first-generation founder, Mr. Wu Yulin, in Sanchong District, Taipei. It was specializing in refractory materials such as graphite, and witnessed the early development of Taiwan's foundry industry.
The Taichung factory was established and entered production. It became a pioneer of refractory materials for foundry in Taiwan.

Official agent of the products of Japan Chuetsu Co., Ltd., mainly high-grade graphite powder
Formally represented the products of Nishimura Co., Ltd. in Japan, and launched a joint research and development project with the Japanese side.
1986
1988
Established a refractory material research laboratory, and actively researched and developed the core technology of refractory materials.
Nishimura graohit Co., Ltd. officially transferred technology and equipment to Jenyuh, and began mass production in Taiwan, becoming Nishimura's largest overseas production base.

Due to the excellent quality and efficiency of the company's foundry coating products, it quickly swept the foundry industry, accounting for more than 50% of the market, becoming the top mold coating agent brand in Taiwan, and continues to this day.
For the first time, the Japanese spray mold coating machine was introduced, which greatly increased the coating speed, changed the use of mold coating agents in Taiwan, and increased the production speed of the foundry industry.

Introduced the Japanese burr processing machine for the first time, greatly improving the post-processing speed of casting products.
Received a Certificate of Appreciation from Japan Nishimura Co., Ltd. as its largest overseas sales partner.

Successfully developed and mass-produced water-based lost foam coating agent and lost foam anti-sintering coating agent of the highest level in the industry in Taiwan, which can be used for large castings of more than 10 tons.

Successfully cooperated with Nishimura graphite Co., Ltd. to develop water-based lost foam and full-mode mold coating agents. Because it can greatly reduce the defect rate of castings and the price is reasonable, it has been successfully exported to overseas markets and opened up new channels.
Successfully developed a new type of water-based sand mold coating agent, which can greatly reduce the sand washing time and casting defect rate, and the largest casting can reach more than 20 tons.

Formal agent to introduce the British FMS casting equipment brand to the Taiwan market, and successfully sold many sets of equipment, with a repurchase rate of 100%. In just two years, more than 20 sets of equipment have been sold.
JENYUH foundry Coatings has continuously expanded its market share in Taiwan. It is roughly estimated that the market share in Taiwan is as high as 70%, and the output exceeds 600 tons per month.

British FMS Foundry Equipment already has six sand mixers, two no-baked sand recycling lines and eight large 30-ton-per-hour air sand conveyors in Taiwan, quickly accumulating a large number of loyal customers.
