Jenyuh, in the advent of the 1980s, was the official agency for Nishimura Graphite and has been selling and producing Nishimura graphite’s products. In the early years, we were authorized by Nishimura graphite to establish factories and mass produce coating products in Taiwan, thus contributing tremendously to the quality and scale of Taiwan's coating industry. Now, we boast a good reputation and a competitive market share.

To maximize quality and boost the quantity of production, in 2013 we built a computer-automated production system which combined the advantages of Japanese craftsmanship and advanced computer control system in Taiwan. With a sales output of 600 tons per month, Jenyuh has become the most important oversea manufacturing base of Nishimura Graphite CO.

1960
「正裕行」由第一代創辦人，吳裕林先生於台北三重區成立，為正裕化工前身，專營以石墨為主等耐火材料，見證台灣鑄造產業早期發展。
正裕化工實業股份有限公司創立，同年成立台中廠區，跨入生產，成為台灣鑄造用耐火材料先驅。

正式代理日本中越株式會社之產品，主要以高級石墨粉末為主
正式代理日本西村株式會社之產品，並與日方展開共同研發計畫。
1986
1988
成立耐火材料研究實驗室，積極研發耐火材料核心技術。
西村黑鉛株式會社，正式將技術和設備移轉給正裕公司，開始於台灣進行大規模生產，成為西村在海外最大的生產基地。
1970
1990
由於本公司之塗模劑產品質和效率都有卓越的表現，很快即席捲鑄造產業，市佔率超過五成，成為台灣市占最高之塗模劑品牌，並延續至今。
首次引進日本雨淋式塗模機，大幅提升塗模速度，改變台灣塗模劑使用型態，提升鑄造業生產速度。

首次引進日本毛邊處理機，大幅提升鑄造品後處理速度
獲日本西村株式會社頒發感謝狀，為其規模最大之海外銷售夥伴。
1997
1998
成立高雄廠區。
正式代理神戶理化學株式會社產品，其知名產品合模線，在台灣市佔率超過七成。
2000
2011
和西村共同開發水性砂模塗模劑，正式在台生產。
主力開發生產大型鑄件專用耐火塗模劑，成功用於70噸以上巨型鑄件。
2012
2013
投資上千萬之塗模劑自動化生產系統正式建置完成，產能加大三倍，品質穩定度大幅提高。
正式和馬來西亞瑞域國際銷售有限公司締結代理關係，正式於馬來西亞進行銷售，研發多款性能卓越之鑄鋼塗模劑。

華忠金屬有限公司，改為華忠事業集團。
成功在台開發並量產目前業界最高水準之水性消失模塗模劑與消失模防燒結塗模劑，10噸以上大型鑄件皆可使用。
